No shedding; maintains softness after several washings; no fading. I bought several of the 700g towels, bath sheets, hand towels and wash cloths off of STP, and one of the hand towels and one regular towel started to unravel at the seam...Recieved a partial discount and kept the merchandise, too good of a deal for these luxurious organic cotton towels.
