The arms were too tight and although it is meant to be an empire style, it is so billowy in the front that it looked like a maternity shirt on me. Too bad because I loved the embroidery.

The embroidery is well done, great colors, the fabric pattern is pretty, the blouse fits a little wide but in my small it looks great on me and it doesn't seem to poofy, just perfect for not being clingy when things warm up. I'm 5' 110". This will go with a lot of skirts and shorts and pants so it was a great purchase. I have fairly buff arms and the arms were not tight.
