4.0 out of 5 stars. Smaller than expectedVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ski Demon from Lake Tahoe on Monday, March 6, 2017This is clearly an excellent product, but with the curved lens and Medium size, it does not fit comfortably on a full size adult face. Unfortunately, there was no large size to choose from. Passed them on to my son, and the search continues for me.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Well worth the sale priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Eastern Oregon on Tuesday, February 24, 2015I have only tried these goggles once so far, and it was a sunny, crystal clear day. They worked great in those conditions. I have always liked clear goggles, the vermillions and ambers get on my nerves. These were "rose silver" and they were perfect. These goggles were also my first sphericals and I liked them a lot. I hope they work as well in overcast conditions.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Not what I thought...but workedReviewed by Commuter Gal from Seattle, WA on Sunday, February 23, 2014I purchased these goggles hoping to get a lens that worked better that my current goggles for low light conditions. The lens had a slight blueish tint, and while they were fine for low light, it's wasn't a huge improvement. I had planned to return them but my daughter tried them and loved them! I would recommend them for anyone who wants one goggle for everything. She skied in full sun and snow, and said they were fine for both. I'm continuing my search, and my daughter loves her new goggles.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Google but so-so fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by KCAZ from Prescott, AZ on Thursday, November 24, 2011Ordered the Giro Basis with the spherical persimmon lens, hoping it would integrate well with my Giro G10 helmet. The google seems to be a quality, well-made product, and I like the lens tint. However, despite being an adult google (confirmed this on the Giro website), it was way too small (i.e., touched at the temples but large gap on the forehead). The google was curved for a much smaller face, and consequently did not sit well with my Giro helmet. Exchanged for a Smith Prophecy - much better fit. Would buy Giro again, and STP always, but this is one I would want to try in person first.
- Best Uses: Skiing
- Cons: Poor Fit
- Describe Yourself: Intermediate
- Pros: Lens Quality, Lightweight
- Sizing: Feels full size too small

5.0 out of 5 stars. Good styleVerified Buyer Reviewed by Standardnut from New York City on Saturday, May 7, 2011Got this because it looks hot (white with red graphics). The lens color is great for all weather, the peripheral vision is not great with the Giro goggles but it looks great with my Giro Chapter helmut.
