I typically wear a medium in most brands (5'7" and 155 lbs) so I got a medium. It is more form fitting but that works for being a base layer. If you plan on wearing this alone, I'd consider sizing up.

It works! The fabric feels like a light cotton and is not itchy at all. The body is quite snug and the sleeves are a bit looser, which I would rather have swapped, but it works for its purpose. I like the lower v-neck so you can't see it under my button up shirts. I wish this shirt came in a more skin tone color to wear under light colored shirts, but the light gray works under most of my shirts. Already considering buying a second one at this great price!

I wore it as a base layer for a strenuous winter hike and it did a great job keeping me warm. I'm giving the top 4 stars because the fit of the shoulders is just slightly off for me, and I would prefer if the fabric was a little more stretchy. This is more for aesthetics than performance, as a base layer it was comfortable to wear and move in.
