I wear a 5.5w and ordered the 5.5m which actually fits comfortably. The soles are a little stiff, but I have Dr. Scholl’s inserts to cushion my feet. Great bargain for the price.

After reading other reviews that said they ran at least a half size large, I ordered them in the size I would normally get. When I got them, as another reviewer mentioned, one boot fit snug (my smaller foot) and one boot was loose(my larger foot). The length is NOT a half size too large, if anything, a little small. The heel, however, is too large (wide) but the foot is rather tight. They are an odd fit, but not so much that I would need to return them. They do seem to have a very stiff bottom, but seem solidly made. For the price, I am not going to complain much since they were about the same price, or less, than what I would have paid at any other shoe store. Shoes are just one of those hard things to buy without being able to try them on.

I'm usually a 9.5 and had to exchange it for a 9, which is still a bit roomy in the foot bed. There are some quality control issues- one boot I couldn't get the zipper to open! Had a friend work on it and finally got it to budge. It's starting to loosen up with use. The other boot has a crease in the lining by the toe that I can noticeably feel. That being said, I think they'll be comfortable once broken in and they're super cute!

I wanted so badly to keep them! But - I ordered two pairs and both were defective! The first pair had a zipper that did not close all the way to the top on one boot, due to it being broken. The second pair also had a zipper defect, where it was sewn in so close to the end of the fabric that you could be assured it would come lose in one spot and make a hole. (Very uneven stitching on the zipper). Also, the second pair - one of the boots was significantly tighter than the other. One boot fit perfectly, and the other boot, I could barely squeeze my foot into, as the toebox and instep were tighter. I know everyone's feet are slightly different, but this was a sizing issue with the boots. Especially since the first pair was fine in terms of sizing. So, after returning two pairs of the same boot in the same size, I gave up. I think this brand lacks quality control. I will not be buying this brand again. Too bad, because I had several pairs in the past, and they were well made.

The leather and zipper appear to be very high quality. The memory foam cushioned footbed is a little thin, and not as cushioned as I would have liked. These will fit a wider calf, but may leave a gap for these with thinner calves.
