The arch support is incredible! The black weren't available in wide (the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars) but I decided to try the medium width. They were snug, but the leather has stretched & they now fit fine. I love the way they look and feel. I've gotten many compliments & my feet don't ache at the end of the day the way they used to in less supportive shoes.

Great leather bootiesReviewed by Anonymous from SF Bay Area on Saturday, July 21, 2018Ordered these in my normal shoe size, hoping I didn't need to size up because I have wide feet and a high arch, but these fit nicely and I would consider them true to size. They look nice, and feel good on,even in bare feet. They are comfortable with good cushioning (and I often have to add pads to shoes) and good arch support. It has a nice sized heel without being too high, and the straps around the ankles are adjustable, which is great for walking comfort in a bootie.
I took off 1 star because the zipper can be a bit tough to get up and down, where the overlapping leather to protect your heel from the zipper sort of gets in the way. Plus there are strips of unfinished leather on the inside of the bootie near the heel - I wish they were finished off. Otherwise, a great bootie.
