Both flatter my olive skin tone. I bought the M and the back clings to my bottom a bit depending on what I wear but not enough to return. I am 5'8" 140 lbs., 34 D and my hips are about 38". Fabric is amazing and maybe suited for temperatures b/t 62-70 degrees F.
