The first pair was too small and I couldn't get a full refund unless I chose a merchandise credit. That is so wrong. I exchanged them for Totes Carmela. I thought I was purchasing medium width because that was the description on the website, but when I tried them on I was walking out of them. I looked at the packing slip and it read medium width, but when I looked inside the boot the tag read WIDE WIDTH. Now I have to return them again and pay shipping, so Sierra basically took all my money and I have no boots.
