I wear it with a camisole but it would be too close fitting to wear with another full layer. It fits well, has a great pocket in the rear. This will work for skiing base layer or leisure wear under a vest. The fit is close but not tight. I would not call it a tunic top. There is enough length to tuck in, but probably best left out. There is a zipper garage at the neck. The color is NB "conch" so goes with those things.
