My order took over 2 weeks to arrive, some items in my order did not ship and I was never informed of the undeliverable items. Also I was charged more for one item than what both my invoice and cart had shown. How can a company charge more for an item than what I agreed to pay? Again I was never informed of this. Isn't that illegal if not unethical? Customer service was not cooperative and one woman was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I buy a lot of products online from a lot of different merchants and I hardly ever have a problem, let alone 3 different problems in just one purchase transaction. I had first bought from Sierra Trading Post several years ago and did not have issues, but this order was a nightmare - I had to make 4 different calls to customer service regarding the delayed shipping, the missing items, the unauthorized price change. Hey, mistakes happen, but they really dropped the ball with this one and there certainly is no reason fro having an uncooperative and rude customer service representative - they need to change their shipping and logistics software and they need to retrain this woman in customer service and give customer service more access to help rectify issues. Moral to the story : Check your Invoice and reconcile with your actual Credit Card Charges.

The material is a thin, silky smooth rayon. The tanks are form-fitting, which I was afraid of because hat look hasn't really worked for me since having a baby years ago. At first I was disappointed with the look (you could see all of the lumps and whatnot) but then I tried them with truly high waisted leggings. Et voila! Everything smoothed out and they all look very good. I was about to send them back for a bigger size but I'm keeping them all. I'll likely only wear them casually as I don't think they'll absorb sweat.
