The toe box is quite Bubbled for lack of better wording, it does not curve with the foot. I have multiple Sperrys. I wouldn’t equate these to their quality of material but you get what you pay for and these are working just fine for walking the dog in the yard.

Only negative I can say is they are bit tight for me over the top of one foot, not to the point that I don't want to wear them. I adjust the ties and how thick my socks are. In addition, my "bigger" foot is due to an injury years ago. -

This shoe works for me so far. They fit true and are comfortable but there is no room for anything but a thin stocking because of the fur lining which is fine with me. The heel opening is small so I can’t just step into them like a slip on but it keeps it from slipping when I walk. For the price I am very happy with my purchase so far.

However, I think if I wanted to wear a thicker sock I would have needed to size up. Also, I really wanted them to be a shoe I could easily slip on and off to run outside quickly but I couldn’t. They were snug around the top rim so i had to always take the time and put them on. It almost seemed like the top edge that goes around the back part and side of your foot was angled in which made it impossible to just slip your foot in. I was super disappointed, but they didn’t do what I needed them to do so I returned them.

Keep your feet warm and dry!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Upstate New York on Monday, November 19, 2018These are wonderful for days (which we seem to be having a lot of lately) that feature a lot of rain or an inch or so of snow - not enough for boots, but wet enough that you want more protection for your feet than regular shoes. As other reviewers have noted, they run a little small - I would say about half a size. This may be because of the fleece lining. Anyway, I normally wear a size 8 1/2 shoe, but I ordered a size 9 in the JBU Duck shoe, and they fit perfectly. It's nice not to worry about cold, wet feet if you step in a puddle. Definitely a good buy, especially for this price!
