I am not fat, but I have large breasts. I would think even if they were smaller this non-supportive top might not hold up to any real movement.

I initially ordered the small based on chest size, but did not feel coverage was adequate for my D cup. Plan to wear on river rafting and kayak trips, so need to feel comfortable while being active. Exchanged for the XL and love it! Covered well and will keep "the gals" contained! Even ordered another one. Love the reversible design.
