Not sure how they decide the size of the bottom. I'm a swim instructor so at $10 it is a good buy since I go thru 5 suits per year.

It’s long on me whereas one pieces tend to be shorter. What I don’t care for is the zipper down the front. I bought it for water aerobics and go through many bathing suits. So it will be just fine for what I bought it for. I donated the bikini because it was a bit skimpy for this 65+ lady

The bikini bottoms for the 36D are a size 8, which is too small for me, but the top fits pretty great. It's nice to have a swim top that isn't revealing. As another reviewer said, the zipper is a little weird, but I only spent $10 for the entire suit, so I'll be keeping the top and getting rid of the bottoms.

It's a little tricky to zip it up - there is a clasp under the bust in front and in order to connect that before zipping it up, there isn't much to contain yourself. But once you get it all together, it supports. I like the high-neck to protect my sun-damaged chest (why is it so hard to apply sunscreen to that area?). The zipper does not lay completely flat, so that's a little odd, but I decided I didn't care. I probably won't wear these bikini bottoms, but have plenty of other black or navy briefs that will be fine.
