Work great!Reviewed by Oregonian from Oregon on Monday, June 3, 2019My husband and I each wore two of these (one on each wrist) during four days in the Amazon jungle of Ecuador and neither of us got a single insect bite. Then he wore one on each wrist during a subsequent four day trip to an insect-ridden wildlife refuge in Eastern Oregon and again didn't get any bites. But note: we do wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants when in buggy areas.
