It has four massage settings. They aren't described in the user guide, but it feels like "roll" and "pulse" on stronger and less strong settings. The heat is still very limited. The price is great.

If you are used to the fancy massagers with a remote control for different options, this isn't that, but also the price is less. I couldn't tell that the heat was on, but maybe on a cold winter day it would be noticeable. For the price it is good.
