What this is, is a sturdy looking medium size duffle made with the tough PVC fabric. It has a one piece molded foam bottom which may keep out water if set in a shallow puddle. It has a traditional, ie non-sealing, coil zipper. Handles appear stout. Construction is sewn-through and not seam sealed. Some of the seams are covered with webbing and not readily accessible if you wanted to seal them. For 20 some bucks at STP this does appear to be a good, durable bag in a bright color and not a bad deal. However, do not expect a bag that can have a wave break over it, or even a steady rain, and keep the contents dry.
