The medium seems very tight with no stretch and my skin sticks out on the sides and back. But I feel a large would be too big as I am small breasted. I'll keep it since at the low cost it wouldn't pay for me to send it back, and maybe I could lose a few lbs. to be more comfortable in it.

The back is very open, showing off good swimming muscles. The bottom is a full-waist height and felt comfortable. However, the zipper was way too high for me-felt choking. I have a short torso, so perhaps that's why. I thought it would be very swim-able, but, alas, I can't be choked and swim at at the same time.
