I've been very pleased with these boots so far. I love the height and pattern, weight, and the calf size. I have put these boots through the ringer tromping through flooded fields to tend animals and other than the buckle ripping after day two or three of owning them, they seem to be holding well. I normally wear a size 7.5 and I ordered a size 8, and they are comfortable, and easy to slip on and off. I would definitely order this boot again. The only reason for 4 stars is the buckle got caught on the edge of a box while I was stepping beside it and just tore in half way more easily than I would have liked to see, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
