The sleeves are too short, the shoulders are too small, and the chest is too large. I am 6'0" and 180 lbs, average build. I got the XL. It seems like they built these for short, barrel chested men with weak shoulders. Or maybe for women?? The fabric is really clingy, which is annoying, too. But hey those critters won't smell me! yeah, right. Not recommended for the price.
