They are not %100 wool but they still need delicate washing. The nylon does cut down on the friction inherent to loosely woven wool socks. I am not a fan of most Pantherella socks due to how thin they are. These are on the heavy side but the wool lets them breath the way a cotton rag could never do.
I pair these up with tan Tricker’s and Grenson shoes in tan and merlot. They would also work as “loud” socks in a normal business wardrobe, I suspect. They come in large sizes (One Size socks do not ever fit my feet). I think they are an outstanding value for the STP price.
