There is no white stripe around the bottom rib knit hem. (I was happy about that) The jacket is solid black. The pic shown is that of a similar Andrew Marc jacket that is not reversible, available on Sierra. I am 5’4”, average build. This jacket runs a little small. I usually wear a medium, I ordered the large. So glad I did ! There is just enough room to layer with a heavy sweater. Please note that this is not a jacket for extremely cold weather. Layering would help, so I recommend to size up if you intend to use all through the winter. The reversible part of jacket is black sherpa fleece with quilted arms, very stylish.
