As others noted, it runs slightly on a smaller side. I typically wear S or M, I ended up purchasing a Large and it is perfect as I can layer up underneath. For the reference, I’m 5’3 and about 125 lbs, athletic. If you are not planning on layering up, you could order your usual size.

I usually wear a medium/large depending on the designer, but a large in this jacket fits like I am wearing a small. I've been watching and hoping an extra large would become available soon.

I like the inside pocket, much appreciated extra. The hood lining is especially soft. I love how the zipper goes all the way up, keeps the hood snug where I want it. The color is a light gray, a pretty neutral shade, will go with most anything. Love Pajar products, extremely well made! The price can't be beat!

I would not call the color of the coat Silver, maybe off white, a neutral gray, a shade of white. The hood is NOT detachable (!), as a description says. One more thing I would like to mention: the coat is washable, not dry clean(!) which works for me!

I have a couple of Jack Wolfskin down jackets in medium and this in a large is smaller than those. It is also smaller in the bust, rib and waist area than large Pajar jackets that I recently tried on at a different retailer. I'm still keeping it as it is well made, several pockets inside. It looks white in photo...it is not. It is a pale, dull gray with darker gray trim. I am 5'8" and typically 8/10.
