Higher quality merino wool than better known wool brands. (Unlikely to pil or snag. ) Zipper works well, which is unusual in wool sweaters. Got the red and charcoal colors. More dark raspberry than red....which I prefer.
Sizing is not athletic. While XL is accurate in the sleeves, there are no shoulder stitching/definition.
The result is a draped look rather than fourm fitted. Also, is extra long which continues that theme.
Does look good unzipped and with tail folded up inside when zipped.
Hand pockets are nice for a lightweight hoodie. Not sure what would go into extra large interior pockets.
All said, warm and clean look. Worth buying. -
