Had to roll them up about 12” to fit my 5’3” son. These are huge on him now but I got them for the long haul, so they fit him generously today (150# now, but he will probably grow a foot in the next couple of years). He likes them and says they are warm. These are for farm use and to play in rare southern snows. Held up well so far.

They are too tight to zip all the way up. The straps also are very short and uncomfortable. The quality of the actual pants is very nice however.
