These are great for walking on unpaved walkways, paths.
Fit is true to standard sizing. Order one size up if you plan to wear thick socks. -

I usually wear a 9-9.5, so I ordered the 40 (=9.5). Unfortunately, the Hecklas were a too little short in the toe and too roomy in the heel. Advice: Order up a half size, and try another shoe if you have narrow heels.
