It is a casual fashion jacket for hitting the town. Looks great. Material is water resistant, stretchy, and somewhat breathable. Hidden hood. Slimmer fit. Not sure why they call it a running shirt. Definitely not for running or a shirt.

I would say the fit is a little snug and not meant for layering. This will make a good hiking jacket and for casual wear it works well. I've been calling it a jacket because it looks and feels like one. I'm not sure why it's called a "running shirt" because the material feels heavier than what you would expect from a running shirt/jacket. Some of the weightiness is offset by the zippered vents, which are a nice touch.
