Must have missed the product description that states there is neoprene inside the bag. Bag is heavy and cumbersome. Overall okay but nothing great. Would return but not worth it. Also purchased the Convert Bag which was even more cheaply made. Also found out with this purchase that you cannot return items purchased from Sierra Trading to TJ Maxx or Marshalls.
