Please note that the measurement is closer to 23" - But the airline didn't seem to care. The bright orange makes it very easy to spot when the case needs to be gate-checked.
The wheels worked great.
It does have a LOT of pockets - more than I know what to do with! In retrospect, I might have preferred fewer pockets and a slightly larger main compartment OR a slightly smaller over-all case. But I still like the case - considering the cost, no real complaints.
