Its thick, with good stretch and feels nice. I am 5'10 and 169lbs and ordered the XL. The sleeves were a tad short. The fit was just a tad too tight to be able to wear it over a t-shirt or pajama pants. I was afraid it would shrink in the wash, so it will be going back.
