Nice shirt but overly generous neckVerified Buyer Reviewed by Bob D from North Carolina on Monday, November 10, 2014I liked the shirt fabric and sticking but thought the neck size was overly generous for a "large" size shirt. I normally take a 15-1/2"; this felt like a 17". I also had trouble unbuttoning the top button when I tried on the shirt and likely would not do that again if I kept the shirt. The button was sewed very tightly against the fabric and with the stiff collar I had much difficulty positioning the button to slip through the hole.

High quality sport shirtsReviewed by Overdressed from The Pacific NW on Saturday, March 2, 2013I really like Hickey Freeman products, and have many of their jackets and dress shirts. I've bought several of their sports shirts as well, and I've been very impressed with their very high quality construction and luxurious fabrics. I've found I'm not quite as fond of these striped sport shirts versus the more colorful checks also available from Hickey Freeman. The collar style is a matter of taste. The reasons I don't give this shirt a 5 are related to fit -- they do not fit me quite as well as their dress shirts. The collar is a bit big in necksize for my taste, gaping at the front a good half inch more than I'd prefer. I'd go with longer sleeves if they were available, and would prefer a little more tail for tucking. That said, the hand, the drape and the quality look of the fabric makes this a sport shirt superior to most.
