I found it looked great on, but in the swim and run, I found it too restricting. Maybe it is because I am a noob. I tried two sizes up (Large, small was suggested for my scrawny body) and thought it was still too tight. I guess I'll have to stick with jerseys tri tops until I become more hardcore.

I ended up buying an XL which seems crazy for my size. (5"10 160 lbs) but that's what ended up fitting best for me. This product is well constructed and fits well. It’s definitely a compression fit but not overly so. (I did go way up on size however).
