These CompressRx shirts seem to help those muscles relax. I now have 3 of these shirts so I always have a clean one when I need it. They are really great.

I have a 36" chest and bought a white and black in size 3, but it's impossible to put on !! I must return them both. I think that men should buy a size large than they normally would. They should call this shirt the "boa constrictor".
