3.0 out of 5 stars. Very nice - wish it came a size downReviewed by Anonymous from iowa on Friday, June 5, 2015I have to return it - like many, the sizing was off - but it is a very nice jacket, good quality for the price. Definitely get this one size down.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Well made linen sportcoatVerified Buyer Reviewed by AZ SheShe from Arizona on Wednesday, April 29, 2015I bought this for my husband in a 42R thanks to the reviews. He's usually a 42L, but the 42R fits him perfectly all over. He loves the jacket and feels he can wear it dressed up or down. It looks so nice on him. I would highly recommend, but be sure to buy a size smaller.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Summer CoatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington on Friday, November 21, 2014This is a nice summer coat/jacket. My husband was looking for a casual coat for summer. This one meets the need. Only drawbacks are that the pockets don't have flaps and the coat could be a bit more fitted.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Casual JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Ne on Wednesday, October 29, 2014Nice jacket with a casual flare, and generally a good fit. I like the length, and the fit was accurate at the shoulders, but the jacket is a bit large around in the body (girth). I'm a consistent 42R, but a 40R fits better.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Sized One Size Too BigReviewed by Mark from Texas on Monday, June 30, 2014I bought the natural color in a 40R and found it to be sized like a 42R. The shoulders were a little big, the body of the coat was enormous and the sleeves were too long. I took it to my tailor who said to return it for a 38 as it was sized one size too big. The jacket is cut slightly short, but it was not too short. I just bought a jacket last month that was a 40R and it didn't need any alterations, so I have recent comparative experience. The color and fabric are beautiful. You could wear dress it up with slacks but it would look great with jeans also. The jacket is not lined and will wrinkle quite a bit as it is linen.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good for warm weatherVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mike from New Orleans area on Friday, June 6, 2014This cotton-linen blend with minimal lining is good for warm weather. It is light and fairly breathable. I wear it for my workplace jacket and tie dress code in New Orleans, and it is more comfortable than many of my other sport coats in the heat and humidity. It is a somewhat casual style, but it dresses up nicely. (In other words, I don't think it looks so casual as to look odd with a tie.) I got the champagne color and I think it's a perfect color for summer. It matches easily with many color combinations, and it is different enough from khaki that it can be worn with khaki pants also.
My only disappointment with this sport coat is that the length of the body of the coat is shorter than I would want by about 2 inches. Reviews of other Kroon coats mentioned that the shorter length seems typical for Kroon's style. Since my size is on the border between regular and long lengths, and reading about Kroon's reputation for shorter coats, I decided to order the long size. I ordered a 42 Long and the body length was just right, but the sleeves were about 4 inches too long. I exchanged it (easily, through Sierra Trading Post's convenient exchange service) for a 42 Regular. The sleeve length is now right, but the body of the coat is about 2 inches shorter (just as the dimensions on the website indicate). Apparently the somewhat short cut is a feature of the style that this Kroon sport coat is aiming for. I see similar slightly short sport coats for sale from many stores. I am happy with wearing the coat the way it is, but my own personal preference would be for a slightly longer cut for the body of the coat. I guess my style preference just doesn't match the currently trendy style of shorter coats.
Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I would definitely consider other Kroon products. I will certainly be returning to Sierra Trading Post for future shopping needs; I was very impressed by their selections and prices. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. size problemReviewed by bigalbert30 from New York on Saturday, May 31, 2014This is the worst fitting 42L I have ever purchased. Way too large; it is hard to believe the listed size is correct. The fabric and color are vey nice, making the size problem a greater disappointment.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Kroon is OutstandingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Charlotte NC on Monday, May 5, 2014I now have three Kroon sport coats - two from Sierra Trading Post. Simply, they are my favorite coats. Dress them up or dress them down, they look great. They are very well made with unique features simply not found in other similar coats.
Kroon lives up to its mission: Life Luxury Levity. I cannot afford Kroon at retail prices, but with Sierra Trading Post's help, I can. Thanks STP! -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Kroon Sport CoatReviewed by Anonymous from Santa Fe, New Mexico on Tuesday, April 1, 2014This is my second Kroon from STP. I love it. My wife's first husband liked it so much that he bought one. Fit is excellent, excellent attention to details

2.0 out of 5 stars. Cut badly, doubt it would fit manyReviewed by Anonymous from Georgia on Tuesday, March 18, 2014First off, blue color not as vivid as shown. The color is more dull. Second, and more importantly, the cut was very poor. I ordered a 42R. It fit decently in the shoulders and sleeves, but the front panels were way to big. It was like it was designed for a pregnant woman! In addition, no padding in the shoulders gave them a poor shape. My tailor told me it was a bad coat and he couldn't fix it.
