3.0 out of 5 stars. Not too flexibleReviewed by LTM from Massachusetts on Thursday, December 18, 2014I kept these, but I still have some wishes to return them when I take them out. I got a small at 5'7" and 135lbs (and while granted, I should've gotten a medium), the small is still much more restricting than I thought. I have taken it out on runs and am deciding not to anymore as I am always having to pull them up. In the method of pulling at the calf, then moving the excess to the knees and up the thigh...
The waist was still a little too big so it would not stay tight up there and I would have to do my pulling maneuver every few hundred meters. They are attractive though if just hanging around the house, so I'll use them as leggings. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. multi use tightsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Midwest Lady from Oklahoma on Thursday, September 25, 2014These mountain hardwear tights are thick enough to wear alone or with a skirt. Run a little large in the waist. Good length for a medium tall person.

3.0 out of 5 stars. BasicReviewed by snowshoe happy from Neihart, mt on Friday, June 20, 2014I'm really not that tall - only 5'6", and these are barely long enough. For the price, I'll make them work. I intend to wear them under snow pants and occasionally as leggings. They'll do.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Warm and comfyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from San Francisco on Thursday, June 12, 2014I love these leggings--the material feels comfy and stretchy but also form-fitting. I've worn these on a few hikes already and they have held up great.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great product, nice price!Reviewed by Anonymous from Central Iowa on Friday, March 28, 2014These tights are just what I've been looking for. The size chart was helpful in choosing appropriate size for me. I have worn several times already.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome color! Not so great otherwiseReviewed by Alaska girl from Anchorage on Wednesday, March 20, 2013(I am 5'11" size 14-16) So I ordered these in the large just like the power tights ( which are awesome!) and these were so crazy tight in the legs, with not enough stretch in the material to work with, that I sent them back, hoping that the legs in the XL would be more forgiving. I don't have small legs, but they were like a hard core compression stocking from the ankle to mid thigh, which made an uncomfortable bunch up behind the knee. I kept having to pull them up as the nice flat waistband is no help in keeping them in place. So, because I love the color sooo much, I sent them back for the XL and they are indeed more forgiving in the legs, so I will do as suggested by another reviewer and open up the nice flat waistband and put some elastic in it, as the top of the pants is more of a 16-18 size. It wont be hard to do and they will still look decent, I think. If you aren't inclined to alter these, best give them a pass. Although, a certain body type, where you carry your weight in your stomach/rear end and have super skinny legs, might work just fine in these. BTW, They are long enough for my 33" legs.

3.0 out of 5 stars. They work although not the most comfortableReviewed by Sandie from Colorado on Wednesday, March 20, 2013The fit of these pants isn't as comfortable as others I have. They work though. Adjustments have to be made in order to stretch thoroughly because of the binding that occurs.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great Look; Poor FitVerified Buyer Reviewed by Chilly All Winter from Boston MA on Sunday, February 17, 2013I really wanted these tights, so for the second time in less than a week, I decided to have the elastic waist band replace, rather than spending the money to return them. I think it was a good decision because now the waistband fits and problen's solved.
