I'm 6' and 250 and the XXL fits perfectly with plenty of room to loosen up or tighten down depending on the layers. Very quite. A few features that aren't really mentioned like the side clasps. The snap closures lack the rubber sound dampners found on the higher lines but I just used some O rings and now they are silent.
I think these could be worn with long johns all the way down into the 30's but I run hot. -
