But this size 5.5 was too tight across the toe and heel cup. I didn't think it could stretch enough even though its leather. Beautiful boots, though. The small zipper makes it little tricky to tuck your pant leg in. The adjustable calf straps are a nice touch.

Leather seems high quality. My only concern is the weird buckling system. It looks a bit odd from the medial side of the upper calf. I think I will keep them, but I'm not sure I would if I would've paid full price.

These boots are the exception. They have good arch support and reasonable cushioning with no need for "break-in".
