I used these for a longish walk on the streets in my town and was very pleased with the support and traction. The look is great with straight leg jeans and I think the tawny color is exceptional. Frye, once again, is an expert on feet and how to please them. Instead of a boot they show their skill in something weightless & protecting, yet close to bare feet.

They wear well and are very comfortable although a bit on the narrow side.
They get dirty quickly but I'm ok with that.
The insole is well cushioned and arch support is ok.
I also like the fact that they are all leather, inside and out.
Very soft and if you don't have a wide foot they feel great.
