I am a bit concern about goggles unclipping during a fall but the snap closure seems quite safe when trying it out at home. Good looking helmet overall.

Adjustable straps allow for ground of the youth. Goggles attach to Helmet with an easy to connect snap feature that youth can operate without assistance. The quality of materials are exceptional and should provide the level of safety as advertized. This is my first time buy of this type of equipment and would not hesitate to purchase again.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the mounting bracket for the goggle is completely flimsy. It broke before we ever got on the hill, when we were trying it on and adjusting the helmet. It seems mounted with a very poor adhesive, and that's the achilles heel to this product. We really didn't want or need the included semi goggle (strap is incomplete), but there is no snap at the back of the helmet to keep other goggles in place, meaning they shift all over the place. So, when the mounting bracket breaks, as ours did, it's not like using your own goggles is really a good option.
Poor design.

There is no package of goggles, there is a trace of goggles is removed by force, mounting bracket of the helmet has been corrupted.
And it will be the thing that was on display in the sample probably, treatment is too severity. -

This is our second Smith kid's helmet and the design keeps getting better. Recommended. The mint is a great color with nice graphics too.

I love the idea of having the goggles attached to the helmet. I've let my daughter wear hers a little and haven't had the problem with the goggle strap glue not holding yet as others have said. If that happens I'll just glue it back with stronger glue. Great combo for the price!
