Runs a little long and the fit is a little tight in the arms, so it feels a bit small.No seam seals anywhere on zipper so the zipper lets a bit of air in..Has skirt pulls on inside pocket, and a fair number of interior pockets. Probably better in slightly waker, above 20 degree given that and the fit makes layering feel a little tight. .
