I almost never have to return shoes, but these boots were really tight and cheaply made. It says they are leather, but I have my doubts. The zippers did not work properly and I could not get one of them to close, so they had to go back.

The foe leather didn’t seem very durable. I sent these back though as they had a very weird bump in the right side of both heels- almost like a misplaced arch support. I could barely walk in these shoes as my balance was so compromised. I have never experienced something like this in a pair of shoes before.
