The side panels are ribbed which makes it form fit but not too tight so I feel comfortable wearing this. The material is relatively thin, the turtleneck folds nicely so it feels light and not bulky.

Details like the cuff buttons and rib-knit panels on the sides definitely make more of an "office" than "campground" statement, without being fussy. It looks like it's sized for a somewhat slim fit. I fell between sizes on the chart and wanted a little more ease around the middle, so I bought the larger -- the narrowly cut shoulders are still flattering.
