Size Small is a good fit for 5'6" and 110Lbs with long legs. Bought a pair in Medium just in case...have not yet received but good as a backup pair I hope or as a gift if too large for me.

Not really warm, and the knees bag a little after a day of wearing. On the plus side, I like the look of the stripe, and they do wash up nicely (machine, gentle cycle). Keeping them because they were such a great buy but mine may end up as winter jammies.
