They are very well made and the quality couldn't be better. That being said, the vest does run small in the bust, so I won't be zipping these up anytime soon. For reference, I am 5'5" and weigh about 150lbs. I wear a 36C bra, so basically, I'm average…and yet, this was tight when zipped.
I only wear these around our house (my hubby keeps the house quite cold in winter) so these vest are going to work out just fine for me. -

Usually a M fits fine with most things. This was too small and has to go back. It's really pretty so if you're smaller and can get a size up from what you usually wear, go for it.
