I've worn it several times. The cotton did not shrink in the wash. It is a fairly slim fit in the sleeves, which works for me (I ordered a small size). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the tonal stitching also gives the cotton a little bit of a rough feel against my skin, and I am sensitive about that.

As an older customer, I have a bit of a spare tire, and the cut of the blouse masks that nicely. The sleeves are plenty long, even though I am tall (5' 10"). I would buy another in a different color (purchased the red mahogany) if it was available in my size.
