These shoes will be my new kick around town shoes. Very light weight but the reinforced toe area will help them hold up when I start using them for my morning out of town hikes with my pups. They are narrow but for my foot that works just fine. They seem true to size listed.

I'm not real picky about technical specs and they don't seem to make me faster or more fit, but they look good. They seem to work well on the trails, the fit is excellent. I bought another pair of trail runners Salomon) at the same time because I live in a few different places, but these ones are my favorite.

Although I'm a hiker and backpacker (and not much of a runner), I haven't been able to hike much lately. I have worn these shoes to work, so far, teaching K-12. I'm on my feet most of the day in that capacity, on concrete tile floors. Since I've been wearing these shoes, I've had little to no hip or knee pain, something that can plague my 50 year old body, especially when I'm physically inactive. I love these shoes! All others pale in comparison :)

With the mesh uppers, they should be really good in warm weather. The soles have good grip and look durable. I was surprised to see that the tongue is stitched to the sides, so they are a slip-on with laces to adjust the fit, but it seems to work.
