The one I just received is plenty stretchy and much lighter weight fleece. Haven't tested it much yet but seems way less wind resistant. Nice for the price, but I hope my old one turns up one of these days! -

I had ordered a women's as well, and they're both the same size, so not sure why there's a men's and women's designation. I've tried stretching it, and heard some stitching ripping right away. It still looks intact, though. If you have anything bigger than a small/medium head, this will be too tight
