The only con is the bottom is very slippery, no grip whatsoever.

Unfortunately, when placed on the floor, the heels did not lie squarely on the ground, but instead rested on a small edge of the heel. This caused an odd rocking when I walked in them which made the heel slip. Too bad, because otherwise a very cute boot. But, I did return them.
