2.0 out of 5 stars. Not comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Madisonave from Hubbard on Sunday, June 1, 2014No bend in frame wouldn't stay on my ears. I ended up giving them away because I couldn't wear them.

2.0 out of 5 stars. NOT PolarizedReviewed by Teddy from Monterey California on Thursday, August 8, 2013These glasses are not polarized as stated. They are good glasses otherwise, good fit, good peripheral sun protection, good quality build, but not polarized.
Polarization is one of the main features I look for in sunglasses for fly fishing, hiking, and on the boat when scuba diving. I have other Julbo glasses I like very much, so I bought these hoping for the same features. -
3.0 out of 5 stars. These don't appear to be polarizedReviewed by Seth from wNC on Monday, August 5, 2013Nothing wrong with the fit of these or the style or quality of the optics. Everything seems fine.
However ....... one of the bulleted and namesake selling points is these are polarized which as far as i can tell they are not. Yesterday while fishing with these for the first time they cut no glare off the water. Switching back to my $5.00 pair of Berkely glasses from big box store I was able to see the difference.
Perhaps I don't understand the science behind polarized optics and these are in fact polarized. Regardless, they are not good at cutting glare and reflections off the surface of the water and make poor fishing glasses. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent Large Frame SunglassesReviewed by Johnny Trailrunner from Nor-Cal on Thursday, April 25, 2013I picked out these sun glasses because I have a larger head and was happy with a pair of Julbo mountaineering glasses that I got years ago. These glasses fit great and the thicker frames are a good proportion for people with larger heads. The ear pieces don't hook around your ears but the glasses still remain secure on your head. I got the anthracite frames, which I thought was black, but I guess is more of a charcoal or dark grey. But I'm fine with the color, but the frames are not black, if that is important to you. The lenses seem high quality, which is consistent with my previous experience with Julbo.
