The result is a great walking shoe. Cute with somber black slacks!

Yeah! the over the arch strap keeps the shoes in place, even on long walks. The shoes are also a great color, sort of a rusty red; and the style is a classic; good with jeans or dressier slacks/skirt.

She already owned this shoe in black nubuck which she wears for dressier occassios. She wanted a lighter color to wear causally during the spring/summer months. She seems to love the fit, comfort and look of this shoe.

I have only one complaint - the strap across the instep a not long enough. Because I have to wear an orthotic the strap is about a 1/2 inch too short. Either a longer strap or more velcro would have made this shoe perfect (or more padding in the arch so an orthotic would not be needed)

This shoe fits me perfectly. The color is a nice wine color and a good neutral. This shoe works well with pants and skirts and ideal for business casual in a professional environment. Or totally comfortable with jeans.
I wore these for the entire day the first time I wore them. I usually need to change my shoes at least once a day. I would buy these shoes in every color if I could. This was a great bargain. -

My only question about them is whether they will be a little too narrow in the toes. ( ordered a medium, but they feel more like a narrow.) I've kept them, hoping the nubuck will have enough give to make them work anyway.

I've wanted to buy this "made in the USA" brand for quite awhile, but don't know if I will again. I normally wear 8M, but these shoes in an 8M are very narrow, way too tight, and cut into my foot across the instep. Will return them.
