Cons: A little heavy (I think the sole is heel is solid rubber), and didn't fit my foot. I have a high arch and my foot is a little wide. I wear normal width shoes, but not with this one! With a shoe that is too narrow you feel pressure on the sides of your foot. With this shoe, I felt the most pressure on the TOP. The toe box was just not 'high' enough to accept the height of my foot. This would be a great shoe for very skinny/low volume or flat feet.
If you have the foot, and like minimalist but beautiful, buy this shoe. It is beautiful. -

I don't have wide feet but could barely fit my foot into the bottom part of the shoe. I don't believe they would stretch. It actually seemed like the length was too long but couldn't tell because of the tightness. These shoes would probably be very nice for someone with quite narrow feet.

Informed customer service, the apologized and immediately sent out correct size. Now for the shoe.. Flexx length does run tad long, but having heel pad helps. These particular pumps ran a bit snug up front, but shoe stretching helped (INVEST IN SHOE STRETCHER). They are a bit on heavy side, but construction is well made and durable. The color is pretty neutral so it matches well with variety of clothing. Dressed up or down.

I wound up sending both pair both. I would have loved for the shoe to work as I think I would have gotten a lot of use. Handsome, casual, kinda dressy style.
